Elmer Ray Honeycutt, Sr.

Mr. Elmer Ray Honeycutt, Sr. age 75 of McMinnville, TN, died Friday, May 18, 2012, at River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN. He was born November 02, 1936, in Murfreesboro, TN, was a retired machinist with Magnetek Century Electric for 34 years, a member of Forest Park Baptist Church, an avid fisherman and camper. Mr. Honeycutt was preceded in death by parents William Luther and Emma Lorene Leath Honeycutt, a son Robert Dale Honeycutt, a grandson Dustin Pryor, a great-grandson Cloby Spencer, and a brother Larry Honeycutt.

Survivors include his wife Linda Russell Honeycutt, daughters Charlotte and Tony Pryor, Marcia and Ralph Williams, sons Elmer and Vicki Honeycutt, Jr., and Glenn and Regina Honeycutt all of McMinnville, TN, sister Shirley Rollins, Fyffe, AL, brothers Jerry Wayne Honeycutt, Sr., David L. and Geraldine Honeycutt, Sr., and Ralph and Cheryl Honeycutt, Sr. all of McMinnville, TN. 8 grandchildren including Ashlie Hutchings, Clint Williams, Brian Spencer, Brittani Synider, Brandon, Colby, Christopher, and Amber Honeycutt, 7 great-grandchildren, and 5 step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.

Funeral service is 2 P.M. Sunday, May 20, 2012, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Bobby Vickers and Bro. Tom Russell will officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The Honeycutt Family will receive friends Saturday from 1 P.M. until 8 P.M. and again Sunday from 10 A.M. until 2 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
