Mr. Claude Richard Stubblefield age 99 of McMinnville, TN, (Irving College Community) died Monday, May 28, 2012. He was born October 13, 1912, in Warren County, TN, was a nurseryman, raised Tennessee Walking Horses, and was a member of Hebron Church of Christ. Mr. Stubblefield was preceded in death by parents Richard and Blanche Gibbs Stubblefield, wife Marcelle Walker Stubblefield, sister Nora Lee Michael, and brothers Harry, J. P., and Hiram B. Stubblefield.

Survivors include children Elizabeth (Michael) Dendy, Petersburg, TN, and Andy Talbert, Oklahoma, and special sisters-in-law Eugenia Walker and Sarah Becton Ornelas. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.

Funeral service is 1 P.M. Friday, June 01, 2012, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Chris Perry and Bro. Jonathan Stubblefield will officiate. Interment will follow at Armstrong Cemetery. The Stubblefield Family will receive friends Thursday from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. and again Friday from 10 A.M. until 1 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
