Mr. A J Hawkins age 73 of Tracy City, TN, died Sunday, April 26, 2020, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born January 12, 1947, in Newport, AR, was a retired construction worker, a Vietnam veteran with the U.S. Army, and a member of the People of the Living God Church. Preceded in death by parents James Albert and Elizabeth Juanita Pry Hawkins, wife Jeannine Scullin Hawkins, daughters Rachel Ailene Hawkins and Lori Angela Hawkins, an un-named infant sister, and sisters Wanda Lee Hawkins, Alberta Hawkins, and Ethel Emma Jane Headrick.

Survivors include daughters Juanita Faye Hall and Suzanne Dickson, sons Donald Ray Abbott, Douglas DeLand and Dennis DeLand, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and sisters Patricia Anne Deckleman, Joyce Barnes, and Georgeann Mcelyea.

A private graveside service will be held for immediate family members. Bro. Alfred King will officiate. There will be no public visitation or service at the funeral home. A public celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
