Mrs. Austin Ashley Magan Simmons, age 23, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on December 13, 2002 in Panama City, FL and worked in manufacturing as a bottle molding trimmer. Known to everyone as “Aussie bug”, she always had a comforting smile even for a stranger. She was so kind-hearted and had a beautiful sense of humor. She always spoke her mind and was quick to give forgiveness. Aussie joked around with her family and friends and enjoyed playing games with her husband and brothers.

She is survived by her husband Nicholas Simmons, step-dad and mother Jai and Amanda Parton, brothers Gage Harper and Alex Harper, grandparents Charles and Judy Snider, her favorite person Bryan Polson AKA “Uncle Beaver” and family, her close cousins Matthew O’Bryan, Masson Guerra and wife Hannah Reed, a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and her dad David Lynn Scott and mother-in-law Jennifer Scott.

Per her wishes, Aussie will be cremated and no services will be held.
