Mrs. Beatrice Jo Pease, age 73, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026 at her residence. She was born on May 26, 1953 to parents Sidney Jones Locke and Jennye Elizabeth Thaxton Locke. She was a homemaker and was of the Methodist faith. She found joy in collecting unique knick knacks and adding them to her treasured collection. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Howard Louise Pease, step-son Tony Pease, and brother-in-law Ron Phillips.

She is survived by her step-sons Timmy Pease and Alan Pease, several step grandchildren, brother John (Kathy) Locke, and sisters Sidney (Cliff) Haslett and Jana Lynn Phillips. A host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, and her devoted neighbors also survive.

Graveside inurnment services for Beatrice will be held privately at Mt. Zion Cemetery. There will be no visitation at McMinnville Funeral Home.
