Mrs. Beulah Mae Smith age 91 of McMinnville TN died Friday November 6, 2026 at Ascension St Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro TN. She was born March 18, 1935 in Woodbury TN, was retired from the Warren County Register of Deeds office and was a member of Bates Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by parents Wiley D and Gertrude Blair Campbell, her husband Marshall Waldon Smith, and sister Jennie Jo Young.

Survivors include her children Gail (Dennis Dee) Freeman and Jeffery Campbell (Deanna) Smith, grandchildren Cory (Brandie) Freeman, Tyler (Keri) Freeman, and Marlee Smith, great grandchildren Corbin, Bristol, Carson, and Nora Mae Freeman, sister Ina Vaughn, and brother Doris Campbell. Many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also surviving.

Funeral service is 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 9, 2026 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Robby Black and Ricky Nixon will officiate. Burial will follow at Blues Hill Cemetery. The Smith Family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again Monday from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at McMinnville Funeral Home.
