Mrs. Billie Louise Cutler, age 93, of McMinnville, TN, passed into eternity on Monday, January 15, 2024, at her residence at the Webb House. She was a member of Christ Chapel and a native of Hico, Texas. Billie married Ivan Leonard Cutler on June 26, 1949, they later moved their family to McMinnville on June 1, 1969, were married for 58 years until Ivan's passing on May 15, 2007. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by parents Samuel Robert Jackson and Ruby Opal Stone Jackson, a daughter Pamela Jane Cutler Marcy, and brothers S. R. Jackson, Jr. and Jeral W. Jackson. The sun has set for Billie on her lifelong journey with loving family and devoted friends. Their love and the grace of God's direction kept all together with faith, respect, trust, and joy knowing "His Master Plan" would lead each one home even though we must travel it alone. A journey well-traveled and it has indeed been a wonderful journey for Mrs. Cutler.

Survivors include her daughters Marella and husband Gunnar Aasbo, Carolyn and husband Willard Powell, Jr., and Rhonda Cutler, 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, and a sister-in-law Rowena Jackson. Nieces, nephews, and many friends also survive.

Funeral services were conducted January 21, 2024, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Mark Carrigan officiated. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
