Mrs. Carol Anne Phillips, age 68, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Saturday, July 05, 2025 at Willow Branch Health and Rehab. She was born on October 02, 1956 in Guantanamo Bay Cuba and was a homemaker. Mrs. Phillips was of the Baptist faith as she attended Shellsford Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Waldorp and Zora Chastain Waldorp, husband Jerry Phillips, son James Edward Cantrell, and sister Marsha Lynn Reaves.

Survivors include her only child Miles Cantrell, nephew Jason Norris, and great nephews Peyton Norris, and Brady Norris.

Mrs. Phillips is being cremated and no service is planned at this time.
