Ms. Christina Lynn Barnes, age 52, of Morrison, TN, passed from this life Wednesday, June 07, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born September 13, 1970, in Indianapolis, IN, formerly served as a registered nurse in the emergency room department at Ascension St Thomas Stones River Hospital, was a member of Pentecostal's of Woodbury, and was preceded in death by her former husband Kevin Barnes. Ms. Barnes was preceded in death by grandparents Isiah Peck and Myrtle Peck.

Survivors include her mother Sylvia King, father Kenneth King, sister and brother-in-law LeAnn and Chad McCord, niece Addison, and nephew Jonathan. Several cousins and many friends also surviving.

Funeral services were conducted June 11, 2023, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Walter Droke officiated. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The Warren County Nurse Honor Guard preformed their ceremony at the beginning of the funeral service.
