Mr. Clifton Dodson, age 70, born March 06, 1951, passed from this life October 04, 2021, at home surrounded by loved ones. A God-fearing Christian man, he attended worship at Lighthouse Baptist Church and was a travel chaplain, mostly at the TA truck stops. He also worked many years as a nursery worker. Mr. Dodson was preceded in death by parents Arnold and Lorena Dodson, brother Carl Dodson, nephew David Poss, sister Carolyn Dodson Mathis, and grandson Dakota Dodson.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years Brenda Dodson, children Travis (Stephanie) Dodson, Christopher (Robie) Dodson, and Cynthia Dodson, special family member Christine (Charlie) Cassady, grandchildren LeeAnn (Kamron) Dodson, Zoe and Altantis Dodson, McKinsey (Logan)  and Shayne Dodson, Katelyn (Erick) Diaz, and Susanna McComis, great-grandchildren Keilee Hoover, Joseph Diaz, and Alexander Dunn, nieces Brenda (Rickey) Patrick, Bridget (Christel) Poss and Tanya (Daniel) Balderas, and several extended family members, special friends, and loved ones.

Funeral services were conducted October 07, 2021 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Brother Phil Jones officiated. Interment followed at Friendship Cemetery in Campaign, TN.
