Mr. Curtis W. Jones, age 65, of McMinnville, TN, died Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN. He was born on February 03, 1958 in McMinnville, TN, was of the Baptist faith, worked at Carrier Air Conditioning for over 28 years and more recently as a truck driver with Averitt Express. Curtis was a member of Warren Masonic Lodge No. 125 F & AM, was a jack of all trades, and loved fishing and camping with his family. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents Clayton Arvell and Mary Katherine Childers Jones, sister Judy Jones Woodlee, and brother Kenneth Arvell Jones.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years Reba Pettit Jones, children Clayton Blake (Allison) Jones, Coty West Jones (fiancée Breanna), and Katie Nicole (Kevin) Powell, grandchildren Carter Blake Jones and Liam Mason Powell, sister-in-law Doris Jones, brother-in-law Jerry Woodlee, and several other family members as well as family friends.

Funeral services were conducted September 22, 2023, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Jackie Matheny and Melvin Childers officiated. Interment followed at Jefferson Cemetery in DeKalb County.
