Mr. Danny Ray Underwood age 65 of McMinnville, TN, passed away December 21, 2024, at his residence with family at his bedside. He was born September 04, 1959, in Knoxville, TN, was a retired process corporate trainer, and an avid UT Vols fan. Danny was preceded in death by his mother Geneva Viola Ferguson (Roy) Vaulton, father Marvin Russell, and brothers Harold Ferguson and James Underwood.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years Debbie Underwood, daughter Jennifer Underwood and Levi O'Dell, son Jonathan Underwood, grandson Aden Spivey, twin sister Donna Phillips and Charles, sisters Denise (Peanut) Damewood and Horace, Geneva Balz, and Gail Vaulton, and a special niece Kali Vaulton. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends also survive.

Per his wishes, Danny was cremated. A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date along with the time and place of the service.
