Denise Jo Newby Miller, age 63, of McMinnville, TN was born on December 30, 1961 and died on June 26, 2025 at her residence. A retired educator with Warren County Schools and a former Sunday school teacher at Westwood Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Bobby William and Reba Jo Hill Newby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Richard Miller, and sisters Debbie Newby (Trent) Hall and Susan Ann Newby.

She is survived by her sons Andy Miller and Newby Parton, grandchildren Jackson and Shelby Miller, nephews Lawson and Heath (Ashleigh) Armstrong, and niece Cameron Armstrong (Patrick) Conn. She is also survived by members of Richard's family, including his sons Alan (Angela), Philip, Tyler (Arielle), and Casey (April) Miller, and grandchildren Jason (Jennifer) Crawford and Rachel, Gracie, Wyatt, and Austin Miller. Other family members and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
