Mr. Earl Wayne Smith, age 81, of McMinnville, TN passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022 at his residence. He was born October 05, 1940 in Daylight, TN, and was retired from both TDOT and as a land surveyor. Earl was a member of Charles Creek The Baptist Church, enjoyed traveling, and played some golf from time to time.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Lucy Parsley Smith, wives Wilma Gean Smith and Elizabeth Pugh Smith, and brothers Ernest (Velda) Smith, William (Lorraine) Smith, and Ora Arlan Smith. He is survived by his son Garry Smith, sister Jenel (Ike) Farrer, grandchildren Shelby (Matthew) Durham and Sain Allen Smith, great grandchild Bowen Durham, sister-in-law Rhevelle Smith, cousins, other family members, and friends.

Funeral services were conducted March 30, 2022 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Nick Pelham officiated. Interment followed at Charles Creek Cemetery.
