Mrs. Frances Lois Barrett age 68 of Rock Island, TN, died Thursday, December 19, 2019, at NHC Health Care after an extended illness. She was born August 10, 1951, in McMinnville, TN, was a former employee of Findlay Industries, Inc., a seamstress, and a member of Rock Island Church of Christ. Mrs. Barrett was preceded in death by parents James Lawson and Hilda Fay Bouldin Scott.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years Lee Roy Barrett, children Chris (Lisa) Barrett and Jennifer (Shane) Patch, grandchildren Megan Patch and Adrian Barrett, siblings Charlene (Jimmy) McGowan, Hazel (David) Anderson, and James Lynn Scott. Other relatives and family friends also survive.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 22, 2019, at Mt. View Cemetery. Bro. Mike Steakley will officiate. The Barrett Family will receive friends Saturday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again Sunday from 11:00 AM until 1:45 PM at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
