Mrs. Frances Pennington age 91 of McMinnville, TN, (Mt. Zion Community) died Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Bailey Manor Assisted Living in Manchester, TN. She was born April 21, 1931, in McMinnville, TN, was a former bookkeeper with Puckett Motors before retiring from Willmore Ford, and was a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Pennington was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Lucile Haston Stubblefield, husband Frank Comer Pennington, brother Billy Joe Stubblefield, and son-in-law Gary Davis.

Survivors include a son Michael Pennington, Nashville, TN, daughter Claudia Davis, McMinnville, TN, grandson Scott Culberson, Woodbury, TN, sister Ida Belle (Jack) Robb, Kirtland, OH, sister-in-law Carol Pennington, Fairview, TN, brother-in-law Howard Pennington, McMinnville, TN, special friend Janet Whittlesey, McMinnville, TN, and the residents and staff of Bailey Manor Assisted Living, Manchester, TN.

Funeral services were conducted May 31, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Larry Green officiated. Interment followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
