Mr. G. L.  "Cotton" Goff, age 85, of McMinnville, TN, (Blues Hill Community) died Monday, June 24, 2024, at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN. He was born in Warren County on July 27, 1938, was a retired self-employed electrician and plumber, loved to fish and hunt, and was of the Church of Christ faith. He was preceded in death by parents James Haskel and Bertha Louise Patterson Goff, wife of 55 years Laura Jane Stafford Goff, son Charles Wayne Goff, sister JoAnn Goff Burger, and brother Steve Goff.

Survivors include his son Geoffery Lynn Goff, daughter Melissa Gail Terry, grandchildren Valerie Nicole Terrasi, Brandon Michael Terry, Joshua Wayne Goff, and Tony Goff, several great-grandchildren, brothers Danny (Kay) Goff and James Goff.

Graveside services and interment were conducted June 28, 2024, at Blues Hill Cemetery. Elder Nick Pelham officiated.
