Mrs. Georgia Carrell Ax age 74 of McMinnville, TN, died Friday, October 25, 2019, at her residence. She was born December 08, 1944, in Cincinnati, OH, was a homemaker, a member of People of the Living God Church, and was preceded in death by parents George Clifton and Alda Mae Franke Scullin and her sisters Margaret Hall and Jeannine Hawkins.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years Gerald Ray Ax, son Darrell Glenn Ax and wife Cynthia Idalie, grandchildren Kristen Ax and husband Holden Silver, Katie Couto and husband Ricky Couto, and Katherine Burge and husband Dylon Burge, and great-grandchildren Kyland Bracey, Knox Burge, Karrigan Burge, and Kenton Couto.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 07, 2019, at the People of the Living God Church. Alfred King will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
