Mrs. Georgia Lee Turosky, age 89, of McMinnville, TN, (Newtown Community) died Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the Webb House in McMinnville, TN. She was born August 03, 1933, in Warren County, TN, was a homemaker and was a member of Temple Baptist Church. Mrs. Turosky was preceded in death by parents Dean and Clara Muncey Whitman, husbands Ben Beverlin and Jack Turosky, son Kenneth Beverlin, sisters Gertrude Neal, Mary Ellen Smith, and Sue Manis, and brothers Carl Whitman, Howard Whitman, Jay Whitman, and Dean Whitman, Jr.

Georgia is survived by her sisters Christine Turner, and Linda Joyce (Jimmy) Gooch, grandsons Mike Beverlin and Stanley Beverlin, great-grandchildren Damen and Gabriel Beverlin, and close family friends Jim and Mary Tollison.

Funeral services were conducted September 12, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Jim Tollison officiated. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
