Mrs. Helen Patricia "Pat" Allen, age 94, of McMinnville, TN died Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Willow Branch Healthcare & Rehabilitation. She was born on September 28, 1930 in McMinnville, TN, was a member of Charles Creek The Baptist Church, and was a true homemaker. She was a former Sunday School Teacher and a retired Teaching Assistant with the Warren County Schools. Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her parents Walter H. Keaton and Lula Mae Davenport Keaton, husband of 67 years Ozle L. Allen, brothers Guy (Itera) Keaton, Earl (Lucille) Keaton, Edwin Keaton, and Henry B. (June) Keaton, and sisters Willie (John) Pedigo, Elizabeth (Harry) Huskinson, Dollie (Fred) Ritchey, Christine (Ray) Hugues, and Jo (Earl) Adams.

Survivors include her daughters Phyllis (Freddie) Young, Debbie Allen, and Ginger (Ralph) Dunn, grandchildren Rickie Young, Candace (Ryan) Smith, and Jacob (Laura) Dunn, great grandchildren Emily Young, Travis Young, and Lily Young, Addison Smith, Isaac Smith, Stella Dunn, and Hudson Dunn, great-great grandson Corey Taylor, numerous nieces and nephews, friends, and "like" family members at Willow Branch Healthcare and Rehabilitation and the caregivers with Gentiva Hospice who were all so kind.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Charles Creek The Baptist Church. Elder Nick Pelham, Elder Darrell Cantrell, and Elder Cody Holman will officiate. Interment will follow at Charles Creek Cemetery. The Allen family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home and again on Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Charles Creek The Baptist Church.
