Mr. James Lewis Watts age 85 of McMinnville, TN, died Tuesday September 27, 2022, at home at the Webb House Retirement Center. He was born in McMinnville, TN, on October 22, 1936, was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, a retired electrician with A.E.D.C., loved fishing and camping, and enjoyed playing cards. Mr. Watts was preceded in death by his parents Vester Arnold and Addie May Wright Watts, wife of 64 years Doris Helen Watts, and son Larry Wayne Watts.

Survivors include his grandchildren Tiffany and husband Blake Sadlon and Toby and wife Brittney Watts, great-grandchildren Lake Sadlon, Faith Sadlon, Bella Watts, Isaac Watts, Sophia Watts, and Crosley Watts, brothers Donald Mason (Cathy) Watts and Richard Watts, and sister Judy Wherley. Several nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive.

Graveside services and inurnment were conducted October 06, 2022, at Mt. View Cemetery. Military grave rites were bestowed by American Legion Post 173 and V.F.W. Post 5064. Bro. Kevin Key officiated.
