Joyce Elaine Armstrong, 79, of Titusville, PA, (formerly of McMinnville, TN) passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2023, at the Titusville Area Hospital.

Joyce was born on September 25, 1943, in Warren, OH, to the late Ray and Naomi Winklemen Shreffler. She married Eugene "Gene" Armstrong April 23, 1966. He preceded her in death on November 4, 2018.

She was a graduate of Townville High School.

Joyce was a member of Covenant Fellowship Church in McMinnville, TN.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, her dog Baron and doing crafts.

Joyce is survived by her son Kevin Armstrong and wife Amy of Lemoyne, PA; a son-in-law Alex Rodgers of Titusville; two brothers Ken and William Shreffler; two sisters, Janet Shreffler, Bee Terrill, and Nancy Kiester; two grandchildren Stacie Armstrong and Douglas Armstrong; five great grandchildren Emmalyn, Emery, Jude, Zoey, and Xavier; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son James Michael "Mike" Armstrong; and her daughter, Michele Dawn Rodgers.

Graveside services and interment were conducted March 16, 2023, at Morrison Cemetery in Morrison, TN. Dr. Dean Northcutt officiated.
