Mr. Larry Wayne Elkins, age 60, of Manchester, TN, died Monday, March 25, 2024, at his residence. He was born February 08, 1964, in Manchester, TN, was a former employee of Phillips Builders-Beazer Homes, and was an active member of the New Brick Church of Christ. Larry was preceded in death by father and step-mother James (Judith) Elkins, step-father Marvin Ramsey, brother Dennis Elkins, and a sister Joey Ramsey.

Survivors include his wife Becky McNeese Elkins, mother Karen Gilliam Ramsey, sisters Regena (Bill) Travis and Elizabeth Ramsey, and a brother John (Debbie) Elkins. Several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.

Memorial services were conducted March 30, 2024, at New Brick Church of Christ. Bro. Bill Williams officiated.
