Mr. Larry Grey Holt, 76, of McMinnville, TN, passed away on Monday, September 04, 2023 at his home. He was born in McMinnville, TN, on April 19, 1947, was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of Bethany Church of Christ. He enjoyed stock car racing, was an avid NASCAR fan, and loved working with his cattle. Larry was employed with Powermatic for over 23 years and was employed with Accu Router for over 24 years. Mr. Holt was preceded in death by his parents Herbert Lee and Mary Elizabeth Brown Holt, sister Lois Nell Dyer and brother-in-law William Dyer, brother-in-law Jerry Lynn Keaton, and father-in-law Henry B. Keaton.

Larry is survived by his wife of 51 years Eva Lois Holt, mother-in-law June Keaton, daughter Sandra Annette Holt, son Jason Lee (Erika) Holt, brother Martin (Jackie) Holt, brother-in-law Henry B. Keaton, Jr., sisters-in-law Beverly Jean (Steve) Woodlee and Sharon Kay (Chuck) Conner, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted September 07, 2023, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. David Costello officiated. Interment followed at Unity Cemetery.
