Mr. Leonard Crawford Johnson age 91 of McMinnville, TN, (Highland Community) died Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born May 08, 1928, in Scottsboro, AL, was a retired employee of A. O. Smith Corporation, and a member of the Church of Christ at Highland. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by parents Orville and Allie Dolberry Johnson, granddaughter Lela Anne Johnson, sister Sylvia Lewis, and brothers Bobby Johnson, Junior Johnson, and J. D. Johnson.

Survivors include his wife Thelma Lucille Johnson, sons Donald (Rebecca) Johnson and Danny (Debbie) Johnson, sister Betty Ann (Allen) Meurer, and brother Billy (Wanda) Johnson. 3 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 06, 2019, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Rickey Burks and Bro. Eddie Reed will officiate. Interment will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The Johnson Family will receive friends Friday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
