Mrs. Lois Elaine McCormick, age 71, died Sunday July 23, 2023 at Ascension Saint Thomas River Park Hospital. She was born March 03, 1952 in McMinnville, Tennessee, was a homemaker, and attended Friendship The Baptist Church. Mrs. McCormick was preceded in death by her parents Johnny and Mable King O'Neal, husband David McCormick, son Barry McCormick, and siblings Edward O'Neal, Chester O'Neal, twins Royce and Joyce O'Neal, Gladys Fults, Hazel Rutledge, Ada O'Neal, Barbara Smartt, and Jane Brown.

She is survived by four children, Dwayne (Kristie) McCormick, Chad (April) McCormick, Angela Rhea, and Lisa Childres; ten grandchildren, Jacob Argo, Nathan McCormick, Tyler McCormick, Peyton McCormick, Evan McCormick, Hope Rhea, Morgan Gilbert, Allie Gilbert, Abbie McCormick, and Taylor Elgouhary.

Funeral services were conducted July 28, 2023, in the Friendship Baptist Church. Bro. Jason Brown officiated Interment followed at Smyrna Cemetery.
