Mr. Mark Anthony Fults, Jr. age 52 of McMinnville TN died Tuesday, January 03, 2023, at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN. He was born July 20, 1970, in McMinnville was a nursery worker and was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Jean Pack Fults and a granddaughter Brealyn Faith Fults.

Survivors include his son David Anthony Fults, daughter Erin Fults, grandson Ryder Fults, father Mark Anthony Fults, Sr, sister Sherry L. (Travis) Melton, brother Andrew Fults, nieces and nephews Courtney Cheyenne Fults, Kaelee (Josh) Betz, Megan (Austin) Watkins, Matthew Melton, Bailer Melton, Joseph Melton, and Cody Melton.

Memorial services were conducted January 15, 2023, at House of Prayer Independent Baptist Church, 2885 Judge Warren Rd., McMinnville, TN  37110 with Dewayne Rackley officiating.
