Mary Ruth Roberts, age 79, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 in Sevierville, TN. She was born on June 19, 1945 in Hickory, North Carolina and was retired from Lowes of McMinnville as a department manager. She was a member of The Vine Baptist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her parents William Pleas Elder and Ollie Mae Goforth Elder, daughter Jeanne Lynn Cunningham, and brother Sam Elder.

Mary is survived by her husband Gregory "Greg" Clark Roberts, daughters Janice (Lee) Ansell and Julie (Troy) Sullivan, grandchildren Ashley Barnes (James Harden), Olivia Sullivan, William Sullivan, and Clint Rigsby, great grandchildren Kenzi Barnes, Brody Harden, Alyssa Rigsby, Victoria Rigsby, and Trey Rigsby, brothers Edwin "Chip" Elder and Loyd Elder, niece Sheree Dyer, nephew Sam Ross Elder, and other nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.

Memorial services were conducted March 08, 2025, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Cole Taylor officiated.
