Melinda Joyce Breedlove age 61 of McMinnville, TN, died Thursday, February 27, 2020, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 22, 1958, in Ripley, TN, was the owner and operator of Relax-Tax Income Tax Service, a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and the founder and chair of Caring Hearts United. Melinda was preceded in death by parents Rev. Paul E. and Louise Pirtle McKeel and brother-in-law David E. Sneed.

Survivors include her former husband Ronnie Breedlove, their children Meleah (Mark) Jaco, Michael (Elaine) Breedlove, and Misty (Josh) King, grandchildren Nathan Jaco, Maylee Jaco, Taiah King, Lydia King, Matthew Breedlove, Austin Breedlove, and Claire Breedlove, and sisters Dianne Sneed, Beverly McKeel, and Beth (Brad) Harris. Nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 02, 2020, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Tom Fittis, Myron Greer, and Shilia Hale will officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The Breedlove Family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again Monday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
