Mrs. Patsy Jane Stewart McMahan, age 74, of McMinnville, TN, died Sunday, September 18, 2022 at her home due to a sudden illness. She was born September 21, 1947, in Warren County, TN, and was a retired teacher's assistant with the Warren County School system working with special needs children. She was a member of Highland Church of Christ. She loved her family and her animals. Mrs. McMahan was preceded in death by parents Floyd White and Bessie Mai Pirtle Stewart, brother Walter Stewart, sisters Sylvia Witty, Jean McCutcheon, and Ruth West, brothers-in-law Earl Whitlock, Sherman Morris, and Ernie Russell, and sister-in-law Doris McMahan.

Patsy is survived by her husband of 58 years Gene McMahan, daughter Gena Lance of McMinnville, granddaughters Mandy Lance and Mila (Ken) Hathcock, and great grandsons Hunter Fish and Bentlee Martinez, sisters-in-law Patsy Whitlock, Pinkey (Tommy) Dodd of McMinnville, TN, and Billie Russell of Tampa, FL, brothers-in-law Paul McMahan, Richard (Tena) McMahan, Waymon McMahan, Howard Witty, and Clyde West, sisters-in-law Ellen (Terry) Murray and Nancy (Tony) Davis, and step brother Homer (Mary) Wilson.

Funeral services were conducted September 20, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Rickey Burks officiated. Interment followed at Mt. View Cemetery.
