Mrs. Peggy Joyce Koster, age 87, of the Centertown community passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at her residence. She was born on January 27, 1938. She was a member of Bethany Church of Chist. Peggy had a passion for flowers; she used that love and mixed in her skills and became a devoted, hardworking florist; as well as an excellent seamstress. She is preceded in death by her parents Harold Raymond Simons and Mary Alvesta Jordan Simons, husband Bobby Joe Koster, and her infant daughter Desireè Underhill.

Survivors include her children David Underhill, Dawn (Tom) Cole, and Dala Jernigan, brother Harold Wayne Simons, grandchildren Lyndsay (Gifford) McIntyre, Danielle (Dustin) Cunningham, Lesley (Mike) Short, Denton (Katelyn) Cole, Luke (Trista) Jernigan, and Rachel (Dylan) Gilmer, and great grandchildren Joella Short, Kate Cunningham, William McIntyre, and Jack Cunningham.

Funeral services for Mrs. Peggy Joyce Koster are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Friday, September 26, 2025. in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. David Costello will officiate. Interment will follow at Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 25 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the McMinnville Funeral Home parlors.
