Mr. Ryan Dale Boyd age 46 of McMinnville, TN, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. He was born in Murfreesboro, TN on November 20, 1977, was an employee of Publix, and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and the Green Bay Packers. Ryan dedicated his life to his children and all of their sports. He coached them and numerous other youths in baseball, softball, and soccer; and could be seen and heard cheering for his children on the Volleyball Court.

Survivors include his mother Barbara (Mark) Harrell, children Alyssa Grace Boyd, Isaac Ryne Boyd, and Caroline Leann Boyd, brothers Craig Boyd (Maria Guzman-Boyd) and Benjie Griffith, best friends Paul Davis and Justin Foster, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ryan was preceded in death by his father Dale Keith Boyd, maternal grandparents John and Shizue Young, and paternal grandparents Paul and Joyce Boyd.

Funeral services for Ryan Boyd were conducted November 01, 2024, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Kenneth Bradford officiated. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
