Mrs. Shirley Jean Fults age 71 of McMinnville, TN, died Thursday, April 16, 2020, at her residence. She was born January 07, 1949, in McMinnville, TN, was a self-employed nursery worker, a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, was preceded in death by parents Arlie and Velma McCormick Pack, and an infant sister.

Survivors include her husband Mark Anthony Fults, children Mark Anthony Fults, Jr., Andrew Lee Fults, and Sherry Lee (Travis) Melton, sisters Donna Hale, Delores (Jesse) Jennings, Patricia Jennings, and Tammy (Gary) Hutchins, 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, other family members, and many friends.

A private graveside service and interment will be held for immediate family members. Bro. Tony Fults will officiate. There will be no public visitation or service at the funeral home.
