Mrs. Virginia Star Davis age 70 of McMinnville, TN, died Monday, September 05, 2022, at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital. She was born on July 09, 1952 in Manchester, was of the Baptist faith, retired from working at Dollar General, and was an avid exerciser making many friends throughout the years at the Civic Center with whom she enjoyed spending time with. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents Jimmie L. and Virginia Poe McGee and her brother James 'Bud' McGee.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years Terry Davis, sons Jonathan Shane (Jennifer) Patch and Eric Sloan (Heather) Davis, sister Judy (Johnny) Umbarger, grandchildren Megan Patch and Gregor Davis, several nieces and nephews that she thought so much of, and many family friends.

Memorial services were conducted September 10, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Roy Terry officiated.
