Mr. Vernon Steve Swan, Jr. age 76 of McMinnville, TN, died Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at his residence. He was born May 29, 1945, in McMinnville, TN, was a self-employed farmer, member of Central Church of Christ, and served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by parents Vernon Steve and Evelyn Sanders Swan, Sr., wife Betty Swan, and son Brian Swan.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Stevie and Tonya Swan, grandchildren Chase and Danice Swan and Taylor Swan, one great-grandchild on the way, sisters Jacquelyn and Tom Herron and Debbie Elrod, brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Suzanne Swan. Other family members, many friends, and church family surviving.

Funeral services were conducted January 14, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Ben Bailey and Bro. Cody Boston officiated. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
