Susan Locke, age 83, of Plano, IL passed away unexpectedly on March 10, 2020 at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. She was born on June 8, 1936 in McMinnville, TN the daughter of Jay and Ruby (Holder) Allen. Susan was united in marriage to Daniel Locke and they spent many happy years together until his passing. She was formerly employed by The Devonshire in Lisle, IL and Talbots in Naperville, IL. Susan was a volunteer for many years at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She enjoyed shopping with her family and friends. Susan most of all loved being Nana to her four grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will deeply be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Pamela (Tom) Wood of Oswego, IL and Tami Seperack of Williams Bay, WI; and her grandchildren, Zachary and Nicklaus Wood and Alyssa and Alec Seperack. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Ruby Allen; her husband, Daniel Locke; and two brothers James W. Allen and Ozle L. Allen.

Friends may visit from 4:00 until 8:00 PM on Friday, March 20, 2020 at the McMinnville Funeral Home in McMinnville, TN. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the Charles Creek Baptist Church in McMinnville, TN. Interment will follow in the Charles Creek Cemetery in McMinnville, TN.
