Mr. Terry Clinton Coppinger, age 75, of Smithville, TN, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 24. He was born June 11, 1948, in McMinnville, TN, was retired as a purchasing buyer with DeZurik after 30 years of service, and was a member of Alexandria Church of God where he served on the Pastor's Council. He loved all things Elvis and enjoyed watching TV especially Westerns and car shows. Mr. Coppinger was preceded in death by parents William Alexander "Willie" and Amy Lee Stoner Coppinger, second wife Sharon Black Coppinger, sister Potsie Miller, and brothers Willie Coppinger and Shorty Coppinger.

Survivors include his wife Kathy Coppinger, children Vanessa (Ernie) Winchester and Jeremy Chad (Tammy) Coppinger, grandchildren Nicholas Winchester, Quincie Winchester, Wesley (Breanna) Coppinger, Pacey Coppinger, Clinton Coppinger, and Andrew Coppinger, great-grandchildren Cooper, Annie, Helena, and Poppy Coppinger, sister Patricia "Pat" (Howard "Egypt") Parker, and the mother of his children Judy Coppinger.

Funeral services were conducted May 28, 2024, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Joe Sneed officiated. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
