Mr. Theodore (Teddy) Bassham age 49 of McMinnville, TN, died Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born January 27, 1970, in Chattanooga, TN, took tickets at Three Star Cinema, attended the Church of Christ, was a member of the Gary Steele Karate, enjoyed watching movies, loved teasing friends and family, and had many friends on Face Book. Teddy was preceded in death by his sister Michelle Bassham and his grandparents Hershel and Margaret Lewis and Jack and Mildred Bassham.

Survivors include his parents Bob and Wanda Bassham, special sisters Tara Johnson and Julie Hobbs, special brother Hamilton Hobbs, aunts Ann Martin and Jane (Rick) Adams, uncles Roy (Beverly) Lewis, Charles (Carol) Lewis, Luke Lewis, and Jim (Mary) Bassham, special nieces and nephews Haley Johnson, Kathleen Hobbs, Lyla Hobbs, Landon Johnson, and Alexander Hobbs, and bunches of friends.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 28, 2019, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Eugene Wilkerson and Hamilton Hobbs will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. The Bassham Family will receive friends Thursday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again Friday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
