Mrs. Theresa Suzzanne Ortiz age 63 of McMinnville, TN, died Monday, July 01, 2019, at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was born February 26, 1956, in Syracuse, New York, and was a former factory worker. She was preceded in death by parents Bernard and Ethel Carlin and a sister Cathy Carlin.

Survivors include her husband Luis A. Ortiz, children Luis A. Ortiz, Jr. and Malissa Carlin, grandchildren, Dezzy, Alicia, Jay, Jessy, Jeramiah, Jaden, Alexi, and Derick, great-grandchildren Jordan, Aspen, and Alex, Jr., siblings Laura Carlin, Anna Richards, Timothy Carlin, and Chris Carlin.

Per her request, Mrs. Ortiz will be cremated and no immediate services are planned at this time.
