Thomas Owen Bratcher, III, age 57, of Charles Town, WV, died August 04, 2023, at his residence. He was born April 28, 1966, in McMinnville, TN, was a retired instructor with the Department of Homeland Security, a graduate of WCHS and MTSU, and was preceded in death by his father Thomas Owen Bratcher, II, grandparents Thomas Owen Bratcher, I, Nina Mae Bratcher, Jerry Delaney, and Joe and Ruth Vickers.

Survivors include his wife Ynes Bratcher, son Thomas Owen Bratcher, IV, mother Polly Delaney Bratcher, sister and brother-in-law Angela and Robert Bess, father-in-law and mother-in-law Eduardo and Lilia Diaz Cayllahua, sisters-in-law Katy, Rocio, and Betty Cayllahua, and brothers-in-law Henry, Julio, Edgar, Pedro, and Carlos Caylluhua. Other family members and many friends also survive.

Memorial services were conducted August 26, 2023, at Blues Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 7292 Short Mountain Rd., McMinnville, TN  37110. Rusty Mangrum officiated. Inurnment of the cremated remains followed at Blues Hill Cemetery.
