Mr. Travis Justin Trusty age 36 of McMinnville, Tennessee, passed from this life Saturday, December 19, 2020 of complications from a chronic medical condition. Travis was born May 16, 1984 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Travis was self-employed using his creativeness in home renovations. He was a member of Turning Point United Pentecostal Church. He was proud to be an Eagle Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow. Travis enjoyed many things which included spending time with his sons and family, being outdoors exploring, hiking, and camping. He also enjoyed tinkering and working on things, also expressing his artistic talent in drawing and woodworking. He was a lover of all genre of music and could be caught humming a tune everywhere he went. Travis had a gift to bring laughter and a contagious smile that warmed up a room. He will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Willie Lee Hopkins and his paternal grandfather James Burnett Trusty.

Travis is survived by his parents Jimmy and Linda Hopkins Trusty, wife Alia Pinkston Trusty, and his sons Trevor and Max Trusty, sister Christy Trusty Medley and husband Justin, nephews Jathan and Braylan Bogle and nieces Jocelin and Crislyn Medley, Maternal grandmother Beatrice Hopkins, paternal grandmother Iva Doyle and husband Earle and countless uncles, aunts, and cousins along with the blessing of many close friends.

A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date so that we may celebrate Travis's love for the outdoors.

In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions may be made for Travis's sons, Trevor and Max, at Citizen's Tri-County Bank of McMinnville, Tennessee.
