Mr. Trent Wesley Summers age 54 of Morrison, TN passed away Monday, November 10, 2025 at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born on September 08, 1971 in Murfreesboro, TN and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. Trent loved his special doll Tori and enjoyed going to zoos throughout his lifetime. He treasured and cared for his family at Pacesetters and the Hutchins House staff members and roommates. Trent brought a lot of joy to his family.

Trent is survived his parents Thomas and Carole Summers, sister Lori Ann (Byron) Smartt, niece Rachel Ann Smartt, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Henry Cope and Claris Wright Cope, paternal grandparents Jesse Tom Summers and Rachel Minnie Jones Summers, aunts Algereta Smith and Linda Parsons, niece Alexis Danielle Lowery, and several aunts and uncles.

A graveside service for Trent Summers will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday November 13, 2025 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Sammy Lee will officiate. Interment will immediately follow. The Summers family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at McMinnville Funeral Home. There will be no visitation on Thursday as friends will meet the family at the cemetery.
