Trula Joyce Brock Pinkston lovingly known as Nanny Pink or Ma Pink to her many grand and great grandchildren, age 85, was born March 17, 1940 and died January 20, 2026 at NHC McMinnville following an extended illness. A homemaker and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late James Allie and Daltha Myrtle King Brock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband James Craven, second husband Foster Pinkston, by brothers, James and Sue Brock, Sr. and Wayne Irvin Brock, sister Clara and Gordon McGee, Sr., son-in-law Larry Harding, daughter-in-law Patricia Owens Craven and great grandchildren Westley Craven, Rachel Craven, and Andrew Dismukes.

She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Daltha and Tommy Majors of McMinnville, Trula Harding of Manchester, Linda and David Palmer of McMinnville, and Karen D Eakins of Rock Island; son Alvin L Craven of McMinnville; son and daughter in-law Iven "Red" and Peggy Craven of Rock Island; sisters Anna Christine Seals of Hillsboro, Allie Marie and Harold Hyatt of McMinnville, and Ruby and Rickie Northcutt of Manchester; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wilbur Reed and Davita Brock of Indiana and Twyman and Carol Brock of Georgia; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, family and friends.

The funeral service for Trula Pinkston is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 31, 2026, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rickey Burks will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation with the family will be Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of McMinnville Funeral Home.
