Mrs. Virginia Rose Palmer, age 93, of McMinnville, TN, died Monday, May 01, 2023, at her home. She was born May 16, 1929, in Carthage, TN, was homemaker, and a member of First Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by parents William Clarence and Pearlie Lynn Clemmons Day, husband Harold Birdeen Palmer, son Rodney Bruce Palmer, and sisters Leila Belle Proffit and Ann Brown.

Survivors include her children Mary Threasa (Jeff) Fowlkes, David S. (Linda) Palmer, and Pamela Leah (Rick) Burton, brother William (Diana) Day, Joyce (Glendon) Woodard, and Linda McClanhan, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted May 03, 2023, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Sammy Lee and Daniel Campbell officiated. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
