Mr. William "Bill" Earl Davis, age 90, of McMinnville, TN passed away on January 20, 2026 at his residence. He was born on February 20, 1935 and was a financial planner. He was a faithful member of Gath Baptist Church. He loved the Lord and people. He practiced his faith by being a Christian father, son, and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years Nancy Lee Franzen Davis, children Danny Davis, Billy Davis, Scott (Leanne) Troy, Jodelle (Don) Worth, Pam Hillis, Jim (Lori) McGonigal, and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by parents John G. Davis and Blanche Symonds Davis, daughter Susie Ballard, and all of his brothers.

A memorial service is set for 3:30 P.M. Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Gath Baptist Church. Ray Gilder, Danny Barnes, and Jackie Matheny will officiate. Military grave rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post 173 and V.F.W. Post 5064 at 2:00 P.M. at the church. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. at the church as there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
