Mr. William Joe Parsley, age 72, of McMinnville, Tennessee was born in McMinnville on April 26, 1952 and passed away on September 24, 2024 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was a retired machinist with Carrier Air Conditioning, was of the Church of Christ faith, and loved fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents William Dale Parsley and Martha Frances Driver Parsley, aunt Modena Driver, and brother Jerry Delbert Parsley.

Survivors include his sons William Robert Parsley, Garrett Parsley, and Joey Parsley, brother Jeff Parsley, grandchildren William Robert (Danna) Parsley, Jr., Morgan Tanae (Cody) Jones, Taylor Breanne (Jonathan) Beavers, Emma Faith Parsley, and Ashlyn Grey Newby, several great grandchildren, and many cousins.

Funeral services were conducted September 26, 2024, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Chad Coppinger officiating. Interment followed at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Military Grave Rites were administered by V.F.W. Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173.
