Mrs. Yalta Faye Gay, age 61, of McMinnville, TN was born February 20, 1963 in McMinnville and passed at her home on March 08, 2024. She was a graduate of St. Leo University, was a psychology social worker with Centerstone, a former manager with Bookland Book Store, and a member of Pioneer Baptist Church. Mrs. Gay was preceded in death by her brothers William Eugene Sparkman and Kenneth Dale Sparkman, Jr., son Jonathan Trey Miller, step mother Margaret Sparkman, and step father Billy M. Jones.

Survivors include her husband of 21 years Glenn Gay, mother Winnie Jones, father Kenneth Dale Sparkman, sons Jesse (Brettley) Miller, Trent (Brittney) Miller, Joshua (Maria) Miller, and John Taylor Miller (fiancé Grace Harris), step-son Matthew (Desirray) Gay, grandchildren Annabelle Miller, Alex Miller, Killian Millier, Kredence Miller, Irie Miller, Keegan Miller, and Katherine Miller, step-grandchildren Serenity Gay, Ethan Gay, and Maddie Gay, step sisters Wendy (Drew) Walsh and Shirley (Jeff) Rice, step-brother Chris (Cherie) Sparkman, and nephew Tony Sparkman.

Funeral services were conducted March 13, 2024, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Fernando Rocha officiated. Interment followed at Bethlehem Cemetery.
