David Christian
Owner, Funeral Director, Embalmer & Crematory Operator
David is a licensed funeral director, a licensed embalmer, and a certified crematory operator. He began his career with McMinnville Funeral Home in the fall of 1985. He is a graduate of the Warren County Senior High School class of 1984 and received both a
Diploma in Funeral Service and an Associate of Arts degree from John A. Gupton College, an Associate of Science degree from Motlow State Community College, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. David is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association, the Upper Cumberland Funeral Directors Association, and the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. In 2004, he became the owner of McMinnville Funeral Home along with his wife Diana. They have three children Kyle Jones (Warren County High School Class of 2006) and fiancé Jerilynn, Becky Jones and husband Tyler, and Jake Christian a Senior at F.C. Boyd Christian School, and two grandchildren Eric Jones and Holly Jones. David, Diana, and Jake worship at the church of Christ at Highway 56 North.
David and Diana opened the first human crematory in McMinnville-Warren County in November 2020. McMinnville Crematory LLC is located on-site at the funeral home property.

Diana Christian

Diana is a licensed funeral director, a licensed life insurance producer, a pre-need sales agent with Investors Heritage Life Insurance Company, and a certified crematory operator. Diana is a graduate of the Franklin County Senior High School class of 1984 and received a BBA degree in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University in 1988. A former employee of Carrier Corporation and DeZurik, she is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association, and
the Upper Cumberland Funeral Directors Association. She, along with her husband David, purchased the funeral home in 2004. They have three children Kyle Jones (Warren County High School Class of 2006) and fiancé Jerilynn, Becky Jones and husband Tyler, and Jake Christian a Senior at F.C. Boyd Christian School, and two grandchildren Eric Jones and Holly Jones.

Treva Lassiter
Funeral Director & Insurance Producer
Treva is a licensed funeral director, a licensed life insurance producer, and a pre-need sales agent with Investors Heritage Life Insurance Company. She began her career with McMinnville Funeral Home in 1987. She is a graduate of McMinnville Central High School and was married to the late Billy Lassiter. She and Billy had two sons, Jeff Lassiter (deceased) and wife Tina, and Jodie Lassiter and wife Jennifer, grandson Lane Lassiter and wife Kennedy, four granddaughters Annie Lassiter, EmiLee Lassiter, Anabel Lassiter, and Alondra Lassiter. Treva worships at New Union The Baptist Church.

Ricky is a licensed funeral director, licensed life insurance producer, and certified crematory operator. He was raised in the north area of Warren County where he was educated at Dibrell Elementary School and is a graduate of the Warren County Senior High School class of 1976. After 29 years of service with River Park, Stones River, and DeKalb Community Hospitals and a former staff member at DeKalb Funeral Chapel, he began his career with McMinnville Funeral Home in 2008. Ricky is married to Debbie Mabe Arnold. They have one son Joseph and wife Christy and two grandchildren. Mr. Arnold also serves as pastor of Mt. View Primitive Baptist Church.

Rickey is a non-licensed assistant to the funeral director and began his career with McMinnville Funeral Home in 2025. He is a graduate of the Warren County Senior High School class of 1982, a graduate of the Memphis School of Preaching, and holds a B.S. Degree in Liberal Arts from Southern Christian University. Alondra Lassiter
Assistant to funeral director & Apprentice Funeral Director
Alondra is a non-licensed assistant to the funeral director, an apprentice funeral director, and began her career with McMinnville Funeral Home in 2025. She is a graduate of the Warren Connect class of 2024 and is currently a student with John A. Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, TN. Ms. Lassiter attends services at Freedom Life Church.

Alondra Lassiter
Assistant to funeral director & Apprentice Funeral Director
Alondra is a non-licensed assistant to the funeral director, an apprentice funeral director, and began her career with McMinnville Funeral Home in 2025. She is a graduate of the Warren Connect class of 2024 and is currently a student with John A. Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, TN. Ms. Lassiter attends services at Freedom Life Church.
